Yes. Kigumo TVC is fully accredited by TVETA (Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority). All programmes are examined and certified by national bodies — KNEC, KASNEB, or CDACC — under Kenya's Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) framework.
Kigumo TVC offers Artisan (Level 3), Craft Certificate (Level 4), Diploma (Level 5), and Higher Diploma (Level 6) programmes across seven departments: ICT, Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Building & Construction, Business, Hospitality & Tourism, and Agriculture. Yes. All programmes are TVETA-accredited and follow the national CBET curriculum. Graduates receive certificates from KNEC, KASNEB, or CDACC — nationally and internationally recognised qualifications.
There are three ways to apply:
Yes. Both online and walk-in applications to Kigumo TVC are completely free — there is no application fee.
Diploma (Level 5) programmes require a KCSE mean grade of C- (Minus) and above with relevant cluster subjects. Certificate programmes require D (Plain) and above; Craft Certificate D- (Minus); Artisan programmes require a KCPE certificate or equivalent. See full details on the Admissions page.

Fees are KES 22,392 per module. Government-sponsored students admitted through KUCCPS pay heavily subsidised rates under the TVET Fund. Download the full fee structure from the Downloads page.
